Michael K. Csernecky

Michael K. Csernecky is an Associate Attorney at the Firm’s Miami office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025. He practices in the areas of insurance bad faith and insurance coverage defense. Mr. Csernecky attended the University of Miami School of Law where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship (Juris Doctor, 2025). Mr. Csernecky graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2022 (Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Minor in Biology) where he was a member of the Presidential Scholars Program and Best Buddies.
